Detachment Hawaii is located at Marine Corps Base Hawaii, home to the Third Marine Regiment. The detachment is directly supported by Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, HI, and has a liaison at Camp Butler, Okinawa, Japan.

Our Mission

Provide and facilitate assistance to Wounded, Ill and Injured Marines, Sailors, and their family members throughout the phases of their recovery at Tripler Army Medical Center in Hawaii and the U. S. Naval Hospital Okinawa, Japan in order to successfully return them to full duty or transition to civilian life.
