Important Payment Information
The Department of Veterans Affairs posted the TSGLI Policy to the Federal Registry. As a result, the Office of Service Member’s Group Life Insurance (OSGLI) started issuing TSGLI payments effective the week of December 19, 2005 for those applications approved by OSGLI. After approval for payment by OSGLI, EFT payments will take approximately 3-4 working days, from date of issuance, to be deposited to the member’s bank account. Once payment is issued, OSGLI will send a letter notifying the member of payment.
