Current Claims (Current T-SGLI)

Who:

All members who have SGLI at that time will become insured for Traumatic Injury Protection of up to $100,000 unless they make a valid election to decline SGLI coverage.

What:

Traumatic Injury Protection provides for the payment of a scheduled benefit amount for scheduled losses to members insured by SGLI.

Where:

Unrestricted.

When:

Beginning December 1, 2005.

Termination:

TSGLI coverage will cease at midnight on the date of the member's separation from the uniform service.
